How does it all work?
Setting up and using My Team Monitor is easy peasy!
For employees
- Click the download link above. The system works on Windows.
- Next step is to go through the installation process by pressing ‘Next’ ‘when asked. Simple!
- My Team Monitor will automatically create a folder in your Program Files folder, but you can select a different folder by clicking ‘Browse’ and choosing your preferred folder.
- My Team Monitor will automatically create a Start Menu folder, but you can choose if you need a desktop and/or a Quick Launch icon.
I’m an employee… How do I use My Team Monitor?
Because we know you’re busy bunnies, My Team Monitor is super-easy and quick to use.
Once you have downloaded My Team Monitor, you only need to remember to switch it on at the start of your shift and to switch it off once you’re finished for the day.
The red square in the bottom right hand corner of the screen means that you are in ‘not working’ mode.
This can be changed at any point by clicking on it and selecting the correct working mode.
Whenever you need a break, just switch it back to ‘not working’ mode.
My Team Monitor records your vital statistics by logging:
- Your keystrokes
- Regular screen grabs
- Your work hours
